Celebrate Canada's Heritage
The Voyageur Charity Cup is an annual fund-raising event put on by the Calgary Canoe Club and the United Way, with the net proceeds of each entry fee going to the United Way of Calgary and Area (tax deductible receipts will be issued to corporate team entries).

Each year the event is held in September at Calgary's Glenmore Reservoir. Team's compete in any of three races: the Gerry Ronayne Cup, the Bert Matthews Cup, and the Herb Benthin Cup. Each of these cups represents a different course and different experience level.

Team Each boat has a team made up of 10 paddlers all men, all women, or a mixed team of 5 men and 5 women.
