1) Very Important: Complete the athlete name field.
The system will allow you to proceed without the athlete's name, but it will create additional work for the CCC staff. Thanks for your diligence.
2) Only the deposit option will initially show in the pulldown menu. The final payment option will get added once athlete numbers are determined.
