Stay in contact with all your summer teammates as you strengthen your body, mind and friendships. CCC offers a progressive, long-term development program. Training sessions increase with age and match physiological and sport-specific requirements. Winter is a time to build athleticism and prepare for on-water training and competition in the new season.

- Apr 1 - No Training (Easter Monday)
- April 14 - NO Sunday SWIM (U of C)
- April 21 - Last Sunday swim (U of C)
- May 1 - Spring training fees are due
