Event Details
When: Saturday, December 20th - 5:30pm to 8:30pm
(Set up crew arrival at 4pm)
Where: Calgary Canoe Club Hall
Who: Athletes!
What: Karaoke, cookie decorating (bring your own), and gift exchange (max $30)
How: Bring your holiday cheer!
Volunteers Needed:
Set Up (4pm): moving ergs/mats, set up tables/chairs, hang decorations, bring extension cord, extra cookies/decorations, flat of bubly
Take Down (8:30pm): remove decorations, sweep floors, wipe tables, put tables/chairs away, put mats/ergs back, take out garbage/recycling
