The athlete list has been updated for those attending the National Team Trials #2 in Montreal. Please review all travel logistics, schedules, and the individual billing matrix carefully.

Key Dates & Logistics

  • Sat, June 6 @ 1:00 PM — Trailer loading in Calgary.
  • Sun, June 7 — Trailer departs Calgary (Driven by Mike & Mattea).
  • Wed, June 10 — Trailer & Coaches arrive in Montreal. Team Hotel Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
  • Thu, June 11 — On-water preparation (Athletes) & Coach meetings (Coaches).
  • June 12 – 14 — Race Days.
  • Sun, June 14 — Team Hotel Check-out by 10:00 AM & return flights home.

How the Shared Team Fee Was Calculated

To lower trailering costs, other clubs are paying to have boats on our trailer. This revenue directly offsets our driving logistics.

Accommodations: Campus1 MTL Student Residence

CCC has reserved two-bedroom suites for the team. The hotel cost divided among the athletes using the rooms is $122.48 per person per night.
