🏆 JOIN US FOR OUR U14 & NEW PADDLERS SUMMER REGATTA! 🏁
Sunday, July 13 | Calgary Canoe Club (9am-4:30pm)

This event is for:

• 🌊 All U14 athletes

• 🚣♂️ New paddlers in our two summer camps
  It’s a fun, friendly regatta designed for younger athletes to experience racing in a relaxed setting—plus, we hope to see our older athletes volunteering, mentoring, and coaching!

🔥 WHY COME?

• Enjoy a fun-filled day on the water from 9am-4:30pm

• Connect with other families and athletes

• Enjoy a BBQ lunch ( hot dogs & burgers!)

• Watch from great viewing spots

• Help us keep the event free for everyone!

🍔 LUNCH & CONCESSION

• BBQ Lunch ($5 get you drink, cookie, a snack, and hot dog or hamburger)

• Concession open Saturday: snacks, cold treats, drinks
  All forms of payment accepted (the boat bay office will take V,MC, & Debit)

• Proceeds support the regatta & athletes heading to Nationals

👕 WHAT TO BRING

• Dress in layers & be prepared for the weather

• Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses

• Reusable water bottle – refill station on site

• Lawn chair & umbrella for viewing comfort

🚗 PARKING 

Parking will be tight. Please consider:

• Lot A or B in North Glenmore Park

• Lakeview Village (Linden Dr. – be respectful, 6 min walk)

• 66 Ave (12 min walk)
  🚶♀️ A short walk = stress-free parking!

• or consider walking, biking, or scootering into the club (healthy + helpful!)

• Bike path overlooking the course
  Please leave the paved area above the dock clear for athletes & volunteers.

Parents — help run the event! No experience needed. We’ll guide you!
Older Athletes — come out and help mentor, coach, officiate, or volunteer.

We’re aiming to wrap up by 4:30pm — earlier if possible!
Please stay for the last 30 minutes to help clean up.
