Fall & Spring Sprint Team Schedule

The first session - It is important for paddlers to take part in the welcome and orientation session. Coaches will meet the new squad and provide a instructions and answer athlete questions. Paddlers ‘may’ have time for a short paddle after the welcome meeting.

  • Spring (June & July)
    • Winter program U12's continue though May
    • New and Returning U12 - 1st Saturday  of June
    • U14+ (on Jan 1) - 1st Saturday of May
  • Fall (Sep & October)
    • U12 &  U14 - 1st Saturday of September
    • U16 & Older - 2nd Saturday of September

Note - U16 and older groups will have weekly training details provided by the coach in advance and many vary depending on things like training objectives, cycling of training loads/volume and working around weather conditions etc.

If the temperature is 5 degrees, or below, and wet (rain, sleet, snow) coaches will conduct land training. Come ready for land or water. If uncertain, please contact your coach. From time to time, cancellations may occur due to extreme weather, we watch the foracast and strive to give 24hrs notice.
