Winter Sprint Program 2024-2025
Winter is a time to build a foundation of fitness, strength and skill. Set yourself up for a great spring and summer season. CCC offers a progressive, long-term development program. Training sessions increase with age and match physiological and sport-specific requirements. Stay in contact with all your summer teammates as you strengthen your body, mind and friendships.

- Oct 31 - Halloween (NO TRAINING)
- Nov 1 - Winter training Begins - Fees Due
- Nov 10 - Last chance Run (1/2marathon & 10K) & SWIM (U of C)
- Nov 11 - NO TRAINING
- Nov 17 - SWIM (MNP/Lindsay Park)
- Nov 23 - Bottle Drive
- Nov 24 - NO Sunday SWIM (U of C)
- Dec 4 - TEAM MEAL (moved from Nov 27)
- Dec 8 - The last Sunday swim before winter break (U of C)
- Dec 21 - Bottle Drive & XMAS Party
- Dec 22 - Jan 4 CCC Winter Break begins
- Jan 2 - Midwinter (January Start) - fees DUE, for those who are new to winter
- Jan 5 - First Sunday swim (U of C)
- Jan 29 - TEAM MEAL
- Feb 2 - No Sunday Swim (U of C)
- Feb 17 - No Training (Family Day)
- Feb 22 - Bottle Drive
- Feb 23 - NO Sunday SWIM (U of C)
- March 5 - TEAM MEAL
- March 8-15 CCC Spring Break Holidays
- March 30 - The last Sunday swim of Winter (U of C)
- Apr 18 - NO TRAINING (Good Friday)
- Apr 21 - NO TRAINING (Easter monday)*check your schedule
- Apr 28-29 - NO TRAINING (Getting ready for on-water season)
- Apr 30 - TEAM MEAL
- May 1 - Spring training fees are due
