Winter Sprint Program 2022-2023

Winter is a time to build fitness, strength and skills that form the foundation of a great spring and summer season. Stay in contact with all your summer teammates as you strengthen your body, mind and friendships. CCC offers a progressive, long-term development program. Training sessions increase with age and match physiological and sport-specific requirements. Winter is a time to build athleticism and prepare for on-water training and competition in the new season.

    • Dec 11 - The last Sunday swim before winter break is  (U of C)
    • Dec 13 - The last Wednesday swim before the break is  (U of C)
    • Dec 18/Jan 3 - Winter Break 
    • Jan 4 - Mid winter (January Start) - fees DUE
    • Jan 6 - First Friday swim (MRU)
    • Jan 11 - First Wednesday swim (U of C)
    • Jan 15 - First Sunday swim (U of C)
    • Feb 5 - NO Sunday SWIM
    • Feb 19 - NO Sunday SWIM
    • Feb 20 - NO TRAINING (FAMILY DAY)
    • Feb 22 -The last Wednesday swim (U of C)
    • Feb 24 - The last Friday swim (MRU)
    • Mar 13/18 - CCC Spring Break 
    • Mar 26 - Last Sunday swim (U of C)
    • Apr 7 - NO TRAINING (GOOD FRIDAY)
    • Apr 10 - NO TRAINING (EASTER MONDAY)
    • May 1 - Spring training fees are due
